 Product Training / Education

CCH ProSystem believes that training is the key to making the most of your software investment. As such CCH ProSystem provides a range of quality educational courses that are practical, quick and easy to undertake. Courses are provided at your office location.

Our training incorporate learning methods that are interactive to allow students to develop relevant, job related skills and to make the most out of your software investment.

Our courses surround the usage and implementation of all CCH ProSystem software solutions.

Helpdesk Services

CCH ProSystem provides technical and user support via our helpdesk. CCH ProSystem helpdesk boasts a highly skilled team of product specialists offering up to level 3 customised support for all CCH ProSystem software solutions.

CCH ProSystem helpdesk is available from 8.00am - 6.00pm weekdays AEDST. Telephone (for the cost of a local call) on 1300 654 913 (then select option 2). Alternately,  request assistance via email at pfxsupport@cch.com.au or submit a request via this website (Help Desk menu item).

On-Site

Our technical support staff can be made available onsite throughout Australia (not included in the standard maintenance agreement). CCH ProSystems IT specialists provide; environmental analysis, installation assistance, programming and systems integration.
