CCH ProSystem provides technical and user support via our helpdesk. CCH ProSystem helpdesk boasts a highly skilled team of product specialists offering up to level 3 customised support for all CCH ProSystem software solutions.
Users can log a request for help via the Support Request Form here on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging the request for support and a help desk consultant will call you to assist.
You may prefer to telephone for assistance - please call 1300 654 913 and select option 2. Telephone assistance is available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm AEDST.
